Meet Chloe

Registered Nutritional Therapist

Founder of Chloe Adam Nutrition

About

I studied Psychology at the University of Sussex and developed a passion for wanting to help other people be the best they could be. I became more interested in the role of nutrition and lifestyle management in both health and wellbeing and went on to study Personalised Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy through the CNELM at Middlesex University. This combined the functional medicine model, personalised nutrition and evidence-based research with nutrition and lifestyle support.

I am a registered nutritional therapist with the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and governed by the  Complementary and Natural Healthcare (CNHC).

My Approach

In today’s world we are constantly being told what to eat, or more specifically what not to eat. This advice comes from everywhere we look, whether it's social media, adverts on TV or a magazine article. The majority of this advice is very restrictive, conflicting, and something that in reality is very unlikely to be sustainable. Perhaps you have found yourself counting calories or following the latest diet. You stay “on track” for a few weeks, and then “fall off the wagon” or might return to a more typical eating pattern. Then suddenly you find you might have gained more weight than when you started, or perhaps the diet is so stress inducing that it exacerbates your digestive problems? If this sounds like you, you are not alone, and I can assure you it is not down to your willpower!

My approach is different. I focus on a ‘nourish don’t punish approach. This is all about helping to fuel the body and build small but sustainable goals, slowly stacking these goals into a natural and consistent lifestyle change. My method is science-led and is personalised to you - your goals, your health history and your lifestyle. This approach allows you to enjoy food, while still achieving those health goals!

My Goal

Chloe Adam Nutrition was developed to break down the barriers to achieving your health goals. To make nutrition simpler, to help you achieve your health goals and  to feel good and comfortable in your body - whether thats from a calmer digestive system, clearer skin, or feeling body confident.

I hope to see you in the future to support you on your own journey to a happier, and healthier you.
