This is high in protein, packed with antioxidants, nutrient dense including B-vitamins, selenium and magnesium and is also high in fibre! It also hides some energy boosting greens (which I promise you cannot taste!). What more can you ask for? Oh.. and it tastes great!

Time: Less than 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
For the smoothie:
75 - 100g frozen raspberries (or berries of choice)
1 scoop chocolate hazelnut whey protein powder
1 tbsp nut butter of choice (or a handful of nuts)
1 big handful of baby spinach
150ml milk (dairy or dairy free)
Option to add 1 tbsp flax seeds
For the topping:
Handful of crushed frozen raspberries (or berries of choice)
2tsp chia seeds
2 tsp mixed seeds (pumpkin and sunflower)
METHOD
It's simple:
Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender
Blend to your hearts content
Pour into a bowl
Top with your favourite toppings
Get out in the sunshine and enjoy your bowl of heaven!
